All apartment and condo buildings with 5 or more units are serviced by one of Glendale’s four franchise haulers. These properties receive weekly collection service for organics, recycling, and trash. Bulky Item Pickup

For apartment and condo buildings with 5 or more units, contact your property manager to schedule a bulky item pickup. Some items may also be eligible for donation or reuse through charitable organizations.

Important: Leaving bulky items on the curb, sidewalk, alleyway, or anywhere on the property without arranging proper disposal is considered illegal dumping and may result in fines.
